Process
- Provide current survey (if any) for infill projects and topography is required.
- Zoning information to be provided in respect to set backs, max. heights and lot coverage as per the municipality by the owner, builder or surveyor
- Design review to establish style and space requirements
- Design drafts are submitted for review and revision
- Final design and structural submitted for review by engineer, roof truss and I Joist supplier
- Respond to all comments from zoning and planning examiners. Once permit is issued the work is completed.
